Let me start off by saying that I really liked the costumer service and I will definitely be buying from them again. They gave timely responses, and were proactive on follow ups. However, I found that this particular product is not up to the quality standard that I would expect from this price range. I ordered a total of 3 of these buffet tables because I really liked the look for my space. I first ordered one which did not come in a white glove service as advertised, and there were some defects like chipped wood and small gaps at the joints. Customer service compensated me accordingly and overall it was still a solid piece so I went ahead to purchase 2 more. One of them then came crooked and had bigger and more noticeable chipping. They did send over a replacement, which took months, but the replacement also had big defects including a bent handle and a side that was not painted. I really do not want to keep dragging this out so I will take the L. I hope the modern furniture team can improve their quality inspection.
