The stand arrived quickly enough with all the pieces and nothing damaged. The quality of the unit is just ok. The steel used is very thin and I was able to strip a screw hole very easily. I had to be very careful when assembly the rest. I had to use a bigger screw and then painted it black. The glass shelf on the bottom had to be removed because the unit had to go over a floor vent which sealed in all the air. A better design would be to have the lowest shelf 2 to 3 inches from the bottom of the frame so air from the vents can cool or heat a room if it has to be placed over a vent.
