White Glove Delivery

In-Home Product Setup and Assembly

We work with white glove delivery partners to provide you with exceptional in-home set up and assembly services across Canada – FREE of charge for most larger items (e.g., sofas, lounge chairs, sideboards, dining tables, beds) and those that require assembly.

White glove service includes a scheduled in-home delivery of your merchandise to a room of your choice, unboxing and assembly (if needed), and removal and disposal of all packaging. Installation of lighting or artwork is not included.

When your white glove shipment is in your area and ready for delivery, the delivery agent will contact you directly to schedule a date at your convenience.

*To ensure a successful white glove delivery, any access point, hallway, staircase, and intended room of placement should be cleared of any obstructions or obstacles before the delivery time. If you live in a building that requires elevator access, be sure it is booked or available for the time of delivery and check the product dimensions on the webite to ensure it will fit in the elevator.

If you would like white glove delivery services for a product that shows only free ground shipping, please Contact Us for a quote to upgrade your shipping method after purchase. For large quantities of smaller items (e..g., dining chairs, counter stools), complimentary white glove delivery may be offered.

Why wait for the furniture you love?

Financing is availabe for most products.

With Affirm financing, you can buy now and pay over time at ModernFurniture.ca. Just select Affirm payment option at checkout and choose the flexible payment schedule that works for you. You’ll never pay more than what you agree to up front.

For purchases under $1000, pay in equal bi-weekly payments at 0% APR interest. For purchases over $1000, pay in 12, 24, or 36 equal monthly payments (depending on the product value) with low interest rates. All transactions are subject to approval by Affirm.

If your payment plan includes interest, you’ll see the total amount of interest owed at checkout, and Affirm will never charge more than that amount. The range is 0%-31.99% APR (subject to provincial limitations)*.

No Extra Fees

Affirm does not charge fees. That means no late fees, no prepayment fees, no fees for paying off your loan early, no annual fees, and no fees to open/close your account.

Your Credit Score is Not Affected

Only a soft credit check is performed when you create an account with Affirm. While it may appear on your credit report, a soft credit check doesn’t impact your credit score in any way.

On product pages that offer Affirm financing options, look for the    logo under the pricing. Click Learn More to view repayment options.

How to Pay with Affirm at Checkout

1. Add items to your cart, then select Affirm payment option during checkout.
2. You will be redirected to Affirm to complete their easy online application and get real-time approval.
3. If it’s your first time applying, create an Affirm account. If you already have an account, skip this step.
4. See your loan decision in real-time and use it to pay for your purchase without delays.

How to Cancel an Order When You Paid with Affirm?

• First, contact us at customer-care@modernfurniture.ca and request a cancellation. If your order hasn’t already been processed and/or shipped, we will confirm the cancellation.
• We’ll report the partial or full order cancellation to Affirm immediately.
• If your loan isn’t finalized yet, Affirm will simply remove it from your account, or reduce your loan amount for partial order cancellations.
• If your loan is already finalized, your Affirm account will be fully refunded for the cancelled merchandise.
• Modernfurniture.ca will email you a refund confirmation when processed.
• Refunds for an order can be viewed directly in your Affirm account.

Fabric Samples

Request a Fabric Sample for Select Products

If you’re interested in a product but unsure about the fabric texture or color, you can request a fabric sample for select products, and we’ll mail you one for FREE.

All fabric samples are shipped through regular postage (no tracking provided). Processing times for sample requests are typically 3-5 business days.

*Fabric samples are not available for all products. Samples are available only for fabrics, not for materials (e.g., woods, metals, finishings, etc.)

How to Request a Fabric Sample

On product pages for items that have fabric samples available, click on Request a Fabric Sample located under the stock information (shown below), and fill out the online form. We’ll email you to confirm when your sample is in the mail!
