This is my first experience purchasing from Modern Furniture and it was not a good one. First, the product itself looks nothing like the photo. I don't know what artificial plant you took a photo of but what I received had sparse and dull looking leaves. It's hardly worth what I paid. Second, it came almost a month late. Now, I understand errors and delays happen that are outside of companies control but this company took no initiative to notify me of anything. When I initiated contact with a representative through their chat services, I was told their colleagues was just going to send me an email but now that she has had a conversation with me, she will advise her colleague to cancel my email. I asked to have the email sent to me anyways for my records, to which the representative responded that I should just copy the conversation I just had with her and that should suffice for me. Third, I was told my product would arrive in another couple of weeks. I accepted to wait but again it did not arrive on its scheduled date. Instead it arrived days later. Let me tell you how I received it. I was walking outside my building one day when I noticed a big box, just sitting outside. Had it not been for my curiosity, I would have walked right by it. I glanced over at the name on the box and saw it was mine. The product does not look like what I ordered and the service...well I wouldn't feel confident or comfortable shopping here again.
