Purchased this table and it arrived promptly the next day, well packaged and in excellent condition. It was easy to assemble, but quite heavy and solid. Measurements are exactly as stated in the specs. I find it gorgeous and I use it for my main kitchen indoor table. The surface is very interesting as it looks like cement but it's smooth like a plastic. Surface washes easily and does not scratch or stain. Overall a beautiful quality piece of furniture.
