As the world changes rapidly around us, we hope that you and your family are healthy and safe. Our thoughts are with our fellow Canadians and everyone affected by the spread of COVID-19. We are grateful for the medical staff and all essential workers working on the front lines, and sincerely appreciate the efforts of all Canadians regarding social distancing.

As many of us operate from home, we are also focused on being here for you. Our customer service is open (phone, email, and Live Chat), and all orders are being processed and fulfilled with minimal delays.

We are taking important measures to make sure the products you love are available and delivered quickly, in the safest possible way:

• We are diligently following all guidelines and best practices provided by federal, provincial, and local authorities.

• We have implemented social distancing for all staff and increased our daily cleaning routines, including frequent hand washing, use of sanitizer, and cleaning of equipment.

• In-home deliveries will be handled with added precautions, including frequent hand washing, use of sanitizer, wiping down of equipment, and modifying the handling of signatures and paperwork. If you are not comfortable with an in-home delivery, you can request a service change to "curbside" or "threshold" delivery, or make an appointment for delivery at a later date. Your health, safety, and comfort is our top priority!
