While the chairs looked very comfortable when I received them, the pleather was very shiny and not taut on the back of the one I took out of the box. Also, the colour of the wooden legs was more of an orange brown rather than the espresso brown I expected. Having said that, for the price, the chairs were fine - just not what I had anticipated from the website photos. I received very efficient and friendly customer support service for the return of them.
