In order to complete eligibility for the Modern Furniture Canada Lowest Price Guarantee, you will need to meet two conditions:
1. the item in question must be the same brand/product/model/finish etc.
2. You must also provide us with a valid URL link of the product that you are requesting a Price Match for.
If the sale is not located on the web, we will need a verifiable source, an advertisement, or a printed quote.
Processing your order at the matched price is done at the discretion of Modern Furniture Canada and is subject to evaluation using the terms and conditions below.
Price comparison includes merchandise selling price plus equivalent shipping method and handling charges. The item must be identical and available for purchase from an authorized dealer and not a pricing error. The Price Match Guarantee excludes manufacturer restrictions, rebates, liquidations, auction sites such as eBay, coupons, promotional offers, employee discounts and membership club stores. Price matched discounts cannot be combined with Modern Furniture Canada promotional offers.
On rare occasions, erroneous price or availability listings may appear on this site. While we apologize for the inconvenience such an error may cause, Modern Furniture Canada reserves the right to correct inaccuracies at any time, with or without notice, and update any related orders. We also reserve the right not to price match against any erroneous price listing on this site or any other site.
Shipping
Shipping cost is calculated based on the greater of (i) actual weight or (ii) dimensional weight, based on the destination postal code. To get a shipping quote, once all your items have been added to your cart, you can enter your postal code on the Shopping Cart Page and click to obtain a shipping quote. All shipments originate from our Montreal warehouse and are shipped by Purolator, Purolator Freight, FedEx, Western Logistics, or VA Transport, depending on the destination.
Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days and ground delivery may take anywhere between 1-7 business days, depending on the destination. Although we work closely with our partners to ensure the fastest delivery, some delays may occur due to circumstances out of our control.

Refused shipments are considered to be returns. All expenses related to refused shipments will be billed to the customer.
Returns
All merchandise requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Modern Furniture Canada for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense, unless the shipment is the result of a refusal of delivery. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for inspection and refunds to be processed. UNOPENED merchandise (not including special orders or merchandise labeled "No Returns" or similar language) can be returned up to 15 days under our customer satisfaction policy for a full refund excluding freight charges. Please advise Modern Furniture Canada of your intention to return the product within 15 days from the date of purchase to allow for processing and shipping time. No returns will be accepted after 15 days. Merchandise removed from the packaging and/or unwrapped may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the packaging is damaged beyond simply having been opened (ie. damaged cartons, missing padding, unwrapped chrome), additional restocking fees may apply. If the furniture has been assembled, additional fees may apply. Some assembled items are not returnable.
Shipping is not refundable. Refused shipments are considered to be returns. All expenses related to refused shipments will be billed to the customer.
Damaged Shipments
Freight damages must be indicated on the Proof Of Delivery. Damages that are not immediately apparent must be reported to Modern Furniture Canada within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for goods damaged through freight can only be honoured if receiver indicates damage on signed Proof of Delivery or reports it within 48 hours of delivery. Please indicate any damage to packaging to the driver.
If your shipment is damaged during transport, we will ship a replacement immediately, cover the costs of shipping, and handle all claims with the shipper. We reserve the right to request proper documentation including pictures of product subject to claim. If you notice that a box is damaged when you receive it, please open the box with the driver present and have the damage documented.
Warranties and Defects
Modern Furniture Canada is proud to sell quality products. All products sold by Modern Furniture Canada are covered by a 1 year warranty, unless stated otherwise in the product description (ie. commercial products may have longer warranty periods), and all mechanisms are covered by a lifetime warranty.
Modern Furniture Canada will address merchandise defects by sending replacement parts. If the issue cannot be addressed with replacement parts, the product will be replaced. We do not provide payment for return shipping EXCEPT for defects that cannot be addressed with replacement parts and order processing irregularities. For any return other than those covered by the "Defects and Damaged Shipments" policy, the customer is responsible for shipping and all shipments must be insured and sent with "signature required".
This limited warranty does not cover, and is void with respect to: (i) improper installation, storage, repair, maintenance, modification, defects or failures due to misuse, neglect, negligence, abuse, accident, physical damage, improper handling or shipping, abnormal operation or operation contrary to furnished instructions or warnings, exposure to fire, water, excessive moisture or dampness, or any substance inside or outside the operating system, or extreme changes in climate or temperature; (ii) cosmetic damage; (iii) products on which serial numbers have been removed, altered or rendered illegible or (iv) damage resulting from fire, flood, or other acts of God or other acts which are not the fault of Modern Furniture Canada Inc.
