In order to keep prices as low as possible, we operate exclusively online and pass our savings on to you! Our website is carefully designed to provide you with a shopping experience that rivals that of any showroom and allow you to see each piece from every angle in great detail. More importantly, we allow you to see each piece in context, in beautifully decorated settings that are as informative as they are inspiring.
Where do you ship from?
Our main warehouse is located in Montreal, QC. We also ship from locations in Ontario and British Columbia.
How much will I pay for shipping?
When you add your items to your shopping cart, you can enter your postal code at the bottom of the page to obtain a shipping quote. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the items in your cart and your postal code. You can also proceed to checkout, create and account and obtain a shipping quote on the delivery address page. The website won't give me a shipping quote. What should I do?
If the system reports that it cannot calculate a rate, it may be due to a missing space between the first 3 characters and the last 3 characters of your postal code. You may browse to your Account Page and edit your postal code to include a space. You may also contact customer service at 1.877.991.6633
Shipping is too expensive, what can I do?

How fast will you ship my order?
In-stock orders are usually shipped within 48 hours.
How long will it take to receive my order?
• Customers in major cities and most urban areas usually receive their in-stock orders within 1-5 business day.
• Shipping to Quebec and Ontario usually takes 1-2 business days
• Shipping to Western Ontario, Manitoba, and the Maritimes takes 2-4 business days.
• Shipping to Saskatchewan, Alberta, and BC takes 3-5 business days.
Almost all our orders are received within 5 business days.
Shipping to certain rural areas and more remote locations may require additional time for delivery.
The items I want are out of stock. Can I still purchase them?
• If the item you are interested in is currently out of stock, you may still purchase it. It will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. You can contact customer service at 1.877.991.6633 for an approximate date. Most stock is received within 45 days.
If I purchase an item that is out of stock, can I be refunded if I change my mind?
• Absolutely. We will refund any backorder purchases immediately upon request.
How will my order be shipped?
• We ship our orders with Purolator Express, Purolator Ground, Purolator Freight, Western Logistics, VA Transport, and FedEx Ground, depending on the size of the order and the destination.
Can I schedule a date and time to receive my order?
• We work exclusively with shipping companies that offer scheduled home deliveries. When you receive your tracking information, you may contact the shipping company and schedule a delivery time at your convenience.
Can you ship my order to a different address?
Sure! We'll be happy to ship your order to any address.
What about warranties?
Modern Furniture Canada works exclusively with established and reputable manufacturers of high quality products.

What if I there's a problem with my order?
Our years of experience give us a unique insight into the most common mistakes customers make. If there is any potential for confusion, a representative will contact you by phone before shipping to make sure that we are shipping the proper order.
• If we mistakenly sent you the wrong piece, we will immediately send you the correct item and arrange for pickup of the wrong item at your earliest convenience.
• If you simply ordered the wrong item (the wrong model or color), send it back (with an RMA) and we'll refund you or send you the correct piece! Please read our Shipping & Returns page for additional details.
What if I purchase a item and you lower the price a few days later?
If you purchase a item and the price is lowered within the next 14 days, we will credit you the difference upon request.
